Unleashing DDR5 Performance

DDR5 memory brings the latest cutting-edge technology for next-gen workstation platforms. Taking speed, capacity and reliability even further, DDR5 arrives with an arsenal of enhanced features, like on-die ECC (ODECC) for improved stability at extreme speeds, dual 32-bit subchannels for increased efficiency and an on-module power management integrated circuit (PMIC) to provide juice where it’s needed most.

PCIe® 5.0 Slots

Both of the x16 expansion slots offer incredible speeds up to 64 GB/s for compatible devices. They are also protected with SafeSlot retention brackets, and the top slot can be released easily thanks to the Q-Release button.

Two Onboard M.2 Slots

The workstation features two onboard M.2 slots, which are PCIe 5.0-ready to offer blistering 16 GB/s speed.

PCIe 5.0 M.2 Card

For even more storage, the bundled PCIe 5.0 M.2 Card features an additional Gen 5-ready slot, and boasts ample surface area for dissipating the heat of a full-size 22110 drive.

ROG GEN-Z.2 Module

The ROG GEN-Z.2 module features two M. 2 slots on either side, with one supporting Gen 4 speeds and the other Gen 5

Dual USB4® Type-C® Ports

Each USB4® port delivers up to 40 Gbps of bidirectional bandwidth for the latest super-speed devices and drives. External display support reaches up to 8K output if one of the ports is in use, or both can be employed for dual 4K displays.

Ultrafast Networking

Onboard WiFi 6E* technology takes advantage of the newly available radio spectrum in the 6 GHz band. It provides up to three times the bandwidth of the 5 GHz band and up to seven 160 MHz bands to deliver ultrafast wireless networking speeds and improved capacity as well as better performance in dense wireless environments. Dual Ethernet ports provide fast data transfers simultaneously for 2.5 Gb internet streaming or uploading and 10 Gb for local network-attached storage (NAS), allowing for improved data organization and security.
